Kofta with its sauce

KOFTA

1 kg of minced beef
1 onion
1 bunch of coriander
1 teaspoon of powdered cumin
tip of the knife of red hot pepper
Black pepper and Himalayan salt

SAUCE

1 sweet onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of coriander
4 fresh tomatoes
1 tablespoon of powdered cumin
tip of the knife of red hot pepper
2 tablespoon of olive oil

 

Preparation KEFTA

1 – Mince the onion and the coriander, add salt, pepper, cumin et red chili pepper

2- Mix well et let it rest for 30 min

3- Roll the kofta into meatballs and brown in olive oil.

Preparation Sauce

1 – Cook the tomatoes 20 minutes.

2- Brown the onion, then add the garlic cut into small pieces, chopped coriander, tomatoes and incorporate the spices.

3- Simmer on low heat.

Ready to eat !
